etching is an alternative technology of stamping.
1.What kind of material can be chemical etched?
2. What’s the material thickness?
The main material thickness is ranging from 0.02 mm up to 1.2mm. But it depend on the accuracy requirement.
3. The smallest hole, what’s the hole pitch and tolerance?
The smallest hole we can etch is Φ0.1 mm, but the material thickness must range from 0.03 mm up to 0.05mm.
For example, if the material is 0.1 mm thick, the hole pitch can be 0.1 mm. The tolerance of depth can be +/-0.0075mm.
The thicker of the material, the larger of the hole pitch.
4. Whether the hole wall is vertical? Whether there will be any burrs?
Vertical of the hole wall is related to the material thickness. The more thin of the material, the more vertical of the hole wall. There will be no curl, no burr,
