Application of BeCu spring
Beryllium copper spring is widely used in Contacting device and IC devices, such as linear motors, electrical, medical, geophysical equipment etc.
Specification
1. Material: Phosphor bronze, tin bronze, 65mn, 55Si2Mn, 60Si2MnA, 55SiMnVB, 55SiMnMoV, 60CrMn, 60CrMnB, stainless steel grade type 304, 302,316 and other brands of flat steel bands. Those material are imported from Japan with high quality.
Material is RoHS compiant. We can provide the material certification if customer need.
2. Thickness: most are 0.02 mm, 0.03mm,0.05mm,0.08mm,0.1mm,0.15mm,0.18mm,0.2mm,0.25mm,0.3mm thick, according to customer´s requirement .
3. Production technology: photo etching.
Generally, customer will send us the CAD drawing in .dxf or .dwg format. Our engineer will review the drawings and confirm whether there is any questions of the drawing. If we can make the BuCu Spring, our sales will send you a formation quotation.
Why use photo etching to the BuCu spring not laser cut or stamping?
By photo etching, the edges of the springs is smooth without any burr.
By stamping, the mold cost is high and the BuCu spring will be out of shape easily, but photo etching will keet the BuCu spring flat enough
