Using a combination of LEEP, conventional photo etching and in-house forming, Julid can manufacture complex spring components without the need for bespoke hard tooling, enabling manufacturers to develop components without incurring significant up-front tooling costs.
Many powerdyne impeller spring components for aerospace and communications require the performance attributes of hard beryllium copper, an exceedingly strong alloy ideally suited to Julid´s suite of manufacturing technologies.
